We are a Bollywood production company. CO-owner of the production company is also a rising star in India, with 2 new films ready for release in the next few months. we are planning to be the first Bollywood production to start making movies for the American audience. All our films will feature star Bollywood actors and Hollywood actors. All films will be india-centric and family oriented. As the demand for Bollywood movies are increasing at almost 20% a year and they are loved and watched in more countries than Hollywood movies. We are offering up to 50% ownership in our company in return for sufficient capital to make our next 5 movies. Please let us know what we need to do to make this venture possible. I own Azure Film Group based in London and the Channel Islands. We are financing about $100m worth of production this year and we would like to extend our contacts to your group. We would like to look at ways we can partner up and collateralise our films without the use of structured tax products – which we use presently and whilst successful their are linked to the UK Treasury which can change and does so frequently! I would like help purchasing 2 film libraries and with looking at ways we could combine a more wrap around film finance structure to our own films and others. Our films are sold internationally by Hollywood sales agents. I’ am also working with Fortis bank.

I am a lawyer/movie producer of full-length feature films in Chicago. Chicago is one of the fastest growing centers for the making of feature films in the country. Please take note of “Batman”, “The Merry Gentleman” “The Express “all made within 2007 -2008, in Chicago. The next year 2008 — 2009 will see 15 feature films made in the city of Chicago. A entire revised tax system makes Chicago a very attractive venue for making films. The impact of the unions have been curtailed dramatically the help of the mayor’s office, and the Illinois film office. Each offer full and enthusiastic co-operation to any film Project coming into the city of Chicago. However, film production financing lags behind the power curve locally. I seek your advice as to how to go about setting up a resilient financing apparatus for feature films here in Chicago.
